Attractions include the Beaufort Waterfront, the NC Maritime Museum, the Beaufort Historic Grounds, beautiful old homes, and local restaurants and shops! Home features 3 porches (up & downstairs front porches and living/dining screen porch), gourmet kitchen, fenced yard, gas grill & Big Green Egg grill.

Historic Home with recent million dollar renovation! Our lovely home features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. One queen bedroom, with private en suite bathroom, is on the first floor. Master bedroom has private sitting area and private en suite bathroom. Bedroom three also has a a queen bed and private en suite bathroom. There’s also a family suite that includes two double bedrooms connected via a Jack and Jill shared bathroom. The kitchen and living areas are perfect for relaxing and entertaining. There’s a separate TV room across from the sitting room. The dining room flows into the stocked bar, breakfast nook and expansive professional kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with professional appliances (two ovens and 6 burner range) and any amenities you might need for cooking. There is a private fully fenced backyard and three porches to enjoy Beaufort’s fantastic weather. The downstairs front porch has traditional rocking chairs to enjoy watching the comings and goings and the upstairs porch is setup like an outdoor sitting room. The back porch is fully screened and has a large sitting area and a dining table with seating for 10. The backyard features charcoal and gas grills.
Other Details to Note
All beds are made and towels are provided. Please honor all rules outlined in rental agreement. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. When checking out, please take out all trash and recycling, run the dish washer, turn out lights and lock the door before you leave. TVs are all smart TV with streaming apps. Thermostats: Thermostats are located on each floor. They should be set for you when you arrive. If not, text us and we can reset or explain to you how to do it.
